Here is two alternatives to sushi which can be made when fresh fish is unavailable: Take a relatively fresh piece of biltong. The outside should preferably just be hard with a soft inside. Carefully slice away the hardened outer area, to leave the soft inside. Slide this like you would any other type of fish. [...]
